Returns and exchanges are honored within 7-days of receipt. However, since a lot of Rainbow Bridge products are hand-made limited editions, no returns will be accepted if any product is altered or messed up in any way (unless of course you have been shipped the wrong item). You pay return shipping, Rainbow Bridge pays to ship the correct item back to you.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Absolutely. We can't be held responsible for your items being held up at your border's customs, though.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

How can I get "signed" to Rainbow Bridge?

We are always looking for artist submissions. Please submit your MP3 files (links only, use mediafire.com or Myspace for upload) or hard copies of your stuff via snail mail for consideration. Please keep in mind that Rainbow Bridge is only interested in doing limited runs of CDs, cassettes, vinyl and digital downloads with hand-made packaging and artwork. If you are looking for 500 shrink-wrapped CDs with a barcode, this is not for you. We are only interested in original punk and experimental music. That includes (real) screamo/emo, power violence, grind, black metal, drone, ambient, post-rock, IDM, psychedelic, avant garde, noise, electronic, some indie rock, and any many other silly genre names.
